Back in the early nineties, I visited the Top of the World Club in
Thule, Greenland. While there, I had a drink called an "Alert Special" (I think named after a Canadian base). I've been trying to remember the recipe ever since. I've tried to make it myself, but haven't gotten it right. It's made with hot tea. I think it had three ingredients in it; something like Amaretto, Frangelico, Grand Marnier, and/or brandy. Sounds a lot like Blueberry Tea, but I thought it had three things in it, not just two. Anyone know? Thanks! Patrick |
