Just enough to leave you wondering what it is...I used real cinnamon too; not that supermarket casio stuff. Just not sure which type... as I labeled the jar cinnamon and forgot which type was in the jar. I learned 2 things yesterday...Never ever flush papper towels and don't spill coffee on your keyboard. -- Curiosity killed the cat, but for a while I was a suspect -Alan |

I'll try your mix next time we make tacos. I learned 2 things yesterday...Never ever flush papper towels and don't spill coffee on your keyboard. I've learned the same lesson regarding paper towels. Did you have to replace the keyboard? Carol |

I can't imagine why that would even be necessary. It is very flavorful and effective without. I will try the cinnamon next time though. Goomba |

I never need to thicken anything when I'm using it to make tacos. I just brown and drain the meat, then toss the spices in as well as a large splash of water to help the spices mix evenly with the meat. Then I cook it down more to evaporate the water out and it is perfect. |
