The Pro 6 or 600 -- whatever the one with the biggest motor is called. I
bought it at the KitchenAid site that someone here recommended -- they have
free shipping and 20% off until the end of this month, so they were the
cheapest.

I did do a bit of comparison shopping at brick-and-mortar stores. Most
didn't have the model I wanted. The one that did -- Fry's -- wanted $369
for it, plus sales tax. Would have come to about $395.

I paid $320 total*. Should be here by the end of the week.

* Yeah, I know I'm supposed to pay sales tax on my own on the purchase. As
soon as my state tells me what I owe I'll send them a check. ;-)

Sweet!!! Seems you got a good, less-expensive price Free shipping
is a good thing, especially when one considers how heavy these stand
mixers are. You'll have a lot of fun with it.
