Jim is always saying I cook for the 40,000. It was almost true tonight.
I made Paella for the first time and used a simple recipe. I usually follow a recipe to the letter the first time before altering it. Wow! I should have realized when it called for 3 cups of rice this was going to make a lot but I have FMS and it fogs the brain a little. Anyway, it was delicous and we now have enough for 2 1/2 more meals. MoM -- CHI-MUM |
