I like limas, but not on their own. Finally learned how to cook
brussel sprouts so they don't taste like sulfur, and they actually have
a kind of sweet, nutty flavor. Same goes for beets, altho at this
point they're only good when roasted with other roots.

Cabbage, neeps and swedes I can do without.
