Default Last nights dinner.

Rather plain.

Thinly sliced chicken breasts, seared and then slow cooked in a tomato,
mushroom, and truffle oil pasta sauce.

Served over a bed of Riccioli #16 pasta spirals.

The SO loved it, I thought it was a bit ho-hum.

Interesting perfume and flavour from the truffle oil though.
