Default Smoothies

We all know that eating lots of fruits and vegetable should be part of
any healthy diet. A fruit smoothie is a healthy choice. It's much
healthier than getting a soda, or any kind of other sugar beverages
like lemonade and ice tea. It's full of fruits, which is a natural
sugar, which is also high in antioxidants, and some of them also have a
low fat yogurt in them, which is a good source of calcium and protein.
And while fruit does have sugar, feeley says, it's good sugar. Fruits
get a gad rap. Fruits do have sugar, but it's in a natural sugar, and
it's digested differently than a processed sugar is. However a smoothie
made with ice cream gives you saturated fat and many more calories.

Boggles the mind, doesn't it? Who'd a thought??!?

And speaking of smoothies, I've decided my plastic ono concoction is
worth marketing: The Spitz Special Smoothie, with extra fiber. I think
it'll sell . . .

I'd buy it, but I'd use it to caulk where my roof meets the aluminum siding.
