1 lb. pork tenderloin
3 cloves garlic, minced 2-3 stalks fresh rosemary salt & pepper Sprinkle tenderloin with salt and pepper. Rub all over with minced garlic. Tuck some rosemary stalks around the pork. Seal it up in foil and bake at 325F for about 25 minutes. Discard rosemary and slice the pork about 1/2 inch thick. Jill |
