I posted a pic of the pork on a.b.f
Ok foody's I bought these big packages of pork trimmings on sale for only 3 bucks! Now one of the piles is going for carnita's or asada. But I need some suggestions on what to do with this pile! Thanks, Big Daddy Dave |

Tikka masala, korma, pepita, cacciatore, various moles, the list goes on and on. Briefly brown the pork and then simmer till done in one of the sauces. -aem |

Those folks on abf are entirely too taken with smoking stuff (LOL) And don't worry if the pork is a little bit pink in the middle, just make sure it's cooked through and everything will be alright. Serve it with some rice and a salad or something green and you're good to go ![]() Jill |
