Today I went in the "Head & Lifestyle Shop" ("Lifestyle"?!) to do the
research you requested.

Do they have the standard sign saying "ALL GLASSWARE IS FOR
TOBACCO USE ONLY"?

"All smoking implements are for tobacco products only."

A local entremanure was busted a few years ago for running a similar
shop and charged with distributing drug paraphenalia. I don't imagine
his arrest had anything to do with the fact that he painted the
building bright red and named the store "The Red-Eye Hut."

Subtle, very subtle.
