"Wiblur the Once" wrote in message 36... (Joseph Michael Bay) mumbled something about:: Pork brains in milk gravy. Why is that not on the list? I'm still looking for a can of this to add to my collection of weird canned foods. It would look good sitting on the shelf next to the can of Fermented Vegetables I picked up at the vietnamese market. Make me an offer, I have a spare can. You could order a whole case--to give out to friends for Passover. These fine people shipped me a case of 24 small 5 oz. cans that very reasonably priced and they were quite nice to do it since I'm not a retail account. They also sell canned Tripe http://www.foellpacking.com/ or if you want even MORE atrocities...go for the pig kidneys & tails at http://www.pwclub.com/index.html?tar...tml&lang=en-us Or "Liver Cheese" whatever that might be...it's too terrible to contemplate that someone would defile cheese that way. http://www.pwclub.com/index.html?tar...tml&lang=en-us |

Will have to try these next time the carnies come to town. Cheaper to make it yourself. The fairs charge extortionate prices for such simple goodies. I've read that most home deep fryers don't reach a high enough heat for the very rapid frying necessary for somthing that contains meltable chocolate. Maybe if you froze the bar first... I finally got to try a deep fried Twinkie a couple years ago. It was simultaneously delicious and nauseating. |

Yes that was what I said about freezing the bar in the first place. I finally got to try a deep fried Twinkie a couple years ago. It was simultaneously delicious and nauseating. LOL they are nauseating enough unfried. |
