I haven't tried most of the creamed soups I make as they are gobbled up too fast. OTOH, creamed soups do not can up well. I was just wondering if freezing would be a problem since I make frozen meals for my elderly Mom and wanted to share this soup with her. Good thing I put it aside before we had ours because there is very little left....G ........Sharon |

Could be wrong. nancy I didn't have cream and used evaporated milk instead...would that make a difference?....moot point right now, since I have already put two small containers into my freezer.....bur I'm still interested in finding out what others think....thanks....Sharon |
