Default dinner pix 3-24-06

It was leftovers again. The remains of the steak I ate last night and
some rice I made yesterday fried up with a few veggies, some dark soy
sauce, some red chiles, some ginger, and some demi glace.

I actually have some red rice in the pantry. It was a gift from my
mom. It's some sort of Louisiana designer rice. But I forgot all
about it because of D's diet. We never have rice these days. So it
slipped my mind that the special stuff was even there.

Seems to be quite high in fiber, so I'm betting it's lower in 'net
carbs...
