Why? Because he said she should make up her own mind?
Hardly seems worthy of such a response.

Well, if someone asks for opinions here, what good is "try it for yourself?"
But I'm pretty certain that the main reason The Ranger reacted as he did was
that Jim has consistently acted as a fairly blatant shill for Rubio's and
its ilk.

It's not exactly a California legend, in fact I've never heard of it.

I've seen a few around SoCal and had their quesadilla once. Nothing to
write home about. In fact, that's the first *greasy* quesadilla I've
ever eaten. I was starved and ate about half of it. Noisy damned
place, too. With El Ranchito, Las Brisas, El Cortez and the like
available, I'm not likely to go back.

I don't, but then I'm not a fan of expressing ignorant assumptions.
Unless, of course, you can document that Baja Fresh/Wendy's actively

Got a source? Or is it your bigotry talking?

Take bigotry out of the mix and you may have a point. Illegals are

Shill? Documnet anything that would support that other than the post
above.

Cat got your tongue?

The point about trying it for yourself is spot on. No one's opinion
matters in the least unless the OP has a reference to that specific
person's tastes. We all perceive whhat we eat differently. The one
person's meat, another's poison syndrome.

No. But you are a half-wit, Ranger. Don;t drink sangria. I do have

And a half-glass of wine periodically.

You expressed your opinion - I mine. If that makes me a ****wit, it

Piece of cake: Google the thread entitled "Garlic Prawns in Lemon & Butter
Sauce" from August 2004.

In that thread you blatantly shill for Rubio's. You're a liar and a tool,
plain and simple.

That's a far cry from shilling, bobbieboi. In case you forgot the
definition, go here and refresh your memory as it is clearly
deficient:

I stated facts about my experiences, just as you have done, shill.

No, you attempted to make false statements about MY experiences, in
irrational defense of Rubio's and in defiance of reality. That makes you a
shill.

Using the definition at the link you provided, how am *I* a shill? Or are
you just falling back on the "I'm-rubber-you're-glue" fallacy?

Besides, you've already admitted to being a shill in the LENTILS thread. I
guess old habits die hard.

Put up my saying you lied or made a false statement,. Do every9one a
favor and hold your breath while working on that.

I see you still do not know the definition of a shill. Yopu were
probably so mentally stumped by the link that you could not find the
defintions.

I'll put one he

One who poses as a satisfied customer or an enthusiastic gambler to
dupe bystanders into participating in a swindle.

Now, are you labeling Rubio's a swindle? Got enough balls to send a
letter to their legal department and tell them you accused the firm of
being a swindle?

How easy can things be? Here are some quotes from you:

"The OP got it wrong"

"Typical troll bs."

"Your problem is the bs you wrote."

You're not only a liar, a tool, and a shill, you're STUPID, to boot!

Hi. Sorry to actually ANSWER THE QUESTION, not juct bicker....

We really like Baja Fresh. I highly approve of their slogan, ssomething
like "No freezers, no microwaves, no preservatives". They say they make
everything fresh daily, and I believe it. Their food tastes really
fresh to me. I like their "pronto" guacamole - lots of avocado and
tomato, not any fillers that I can tell. Their salsas and pico de gallo
are fresh and quite good, although of course not real hot. The
'condiment' bar is a nice touch - help yourself to cilantro, lemons,
limes, onions, or jalapenos to add to your food. I happen to find their
fish tacos surprisingly similar to the ones you can get at any small
taqueria in San Diego. It was a pleasant surprise.

We'll go there for a quick lunch when we're out shopping. Prices are
comparable to fast-food and service is quick. Bottom line - it's a
thousand times better than the slop at taco bell and actually feels
pretty healthy to eat.

No shill here, just a satisfied customer who's overall against
fast-food and the spread of chain crap.

(laugh) Thanks, Jude. I was driving by the place close enough
to hit it with a ripe avocado but it was too early, only about 11am
or so.

I will be checking it out, people said enough good things and
my curiosity was enough that I wanted to see for myself.

Appreciate everyone's comments. I got the idea.
