Earlier this week, I made beans & greens (with escarole). It turned out OK,
but without fresh herbs...a little blah. I have some left over. I thought of pureeing it and turning it into something else. Something says "seafood", but I can't imagine what would blend well with that bean-ish green-ish flavor. Maybe forget seafood and throw in ham.....help! |
