I'm having a childhood memory that requires quenching! This goes back
about 15 years. I grew up in the Chicago burbs. I used to hoard frozen burritos that we bought through the school's "Market Day." They were shredded beef, monterey jack cheese and green chilies. I remember the package had green and tan graphics over a white wrapper. Market Day no longer sells them!! I can't find much information of frozen burrito brands to locate them -- if the continue to exist! I would love to load my freezer with them once again. I can almost smell them now. That cheesy paradise! Any help is appreciated! |

Okay, I found the brand is Posada, but now I need to locate them in the
Chicagoland area. I emailed specialty brands but have not heard back. Does anyone know a store that carries these either on the internet or in the Chicagoland area? Thanks! |

Does anyone know a store that carries these either on the internet or in the Chicagoland area? Quick searching reveals that Posada is a band name owned by Specialty Brands Inc., a specialist in frozen foods. I believe this is probably the item you're looking for: http://www.specialtybrandsinc.com/pr...px?pn=51910-65 Specialty Brands is a subsidiary of Windsor Frozen Foods which appears to be owned by Buzz Crown Enterprises [sic]. http://www.buzzcrownent.com/principa...cat=all&mid=52 Unfortunately for you, Specialty's headquarters are in California, but if you want to contact them, I suggest e-mailing their Customer Service department through their dedicated web page: http://www.specialtybrandsinc.com/contact/index.aspx You could ask them, hmmm...say...where they sell their products in the Chicago area :-) |
