Default Borner V-slicer attachments

I shall be in the USA late June to mid-July - oarticularly in the San
Francisco/Fresno/PNW areas. I have been trying to obtain some extra
attachments for my Borner V-slicer (rosti and waffle cutters). Can
anyone tell me of a good discount retail outlet that sells these
please?

The attachments have not been available in New Zealand where I live
for some years now (low population I guess is the problem!) I would
prefer to get them retail if I could rather than bother friends in the
US having to receive them for me and my collecting them.

Hope someone can help. Thanks

Daisy

Daisy, I can't help you with any USA stores in the area you'll be visiting -
I live in the southeast USA. But here's an online store that stocks Borner
V-slicer accessories, including the two you're looking for:
http://tinyurl.com/s3hn9 I checked their shipping information, and they
*do* ship internationally. I've never bought anything from this web site,
so I can't vouch for them, but I thought you might like to check them out.

I've had a Borner V-slicer since 1988, and it's still going strong after 18
years of very heavy use. It doesn't owe me a cent, and if it broke tomorrow
I'd definitely buy another one!

Karen
