Default Successful Canning & Preserving 1930 FA

Successful Canning and Preserving by Ola Powell Malcolm 1930. Some
pencilled recipes on rear blank endpaper, otherwise a nice solid
copy.663 pages.
One of the scarcer Lippincoots manuals, hugely exhaustive, covers every
possible aspect of preservation of food.Lovely period illustrations.

Some headings:- Canning in tin / Canning in bottles / Fruit juices
/Preserves /Preservation of nuts: Honey / Jelly making / Drying
fruits,vegetables & herbs / Curing & preserving meat /Marmalade ,Jams &
conserves etc.
