Corn muffins- Joe's Crab Shack

I have Googled, and not found what I want. I am looking for a recipe ,
or clone for the Corn Muffins served at Joe's. They have corn in them ,
whole kernals, not really sweet at all, and the top is crunchy. Any
one have the recipe?
