Default Guide Du Fromage cheese guide FA

Guide Du Fromage , Androuet. 1st edition ,small ink

Lovely old book, first English language edition of the French Cheese
classic Guide du Fromage. Weighty and hugely thorough guide.

Contains Cheese tips,Selecting cheeses by flavour & season/Which cheese
to buy/ Monthly Cheese slection / What to know about climate and
pasturage /Special cheeses and non French cheeses/ How to serve, store &
enjoy /The Dictionary etc.

The Dictionary is the main part of the book and contains a lengthy
review of each cheese,it's area, weight, form, related cheeses,
smeel, feel ,what to watch out for and so on.
