What's another name for Farro ...I think it is a type of wheat, but can't
find it.

Thanks...So Farro is spelt. Next consideration, where does one buy spelt,
in Winnipeg, Manitoba. A place Known for its Durhum Wheat... Kinda like
looking for fresh fish in the desert.
