I often use shredded pork or shredded beef. No reason you can't use shredded chicken. It's often used in enchiladas. -- Wayne in Phoenix If there's a nit to pick, some nitwit will pick it. |

I would like to have the recipe.
I recall that the bowl was lined with taco shells and there was lettuce and ground beef in it. Thanks a lot. Pat -------------- Ground beef which has been crumbled and sauteed with lots of Mexican seasoning. Then in salad bowl put cut lettuce, lots of shredded cheese and chunks of tomato (think of taco ingredients) . Just before serving put taco CHIPS in with the rest and toss. It doesn't need much dressing. Rinse out saute pan with a little water, add a little salad oil and toss with salad. Nancree |
