Default Happy 4th and Ice Cream

Hope everyone has a nice holiday.

I made my first ice cream ever yesterday. Peach. Very good too. So if any of
you have any ice cream recipes or sorbet recipes to share, I'd be happy to try
them out. The machine I have holds a quart when finished. It was easy to do
and I think I will enjoy this during the summer at least. Thanks.

Here's my peanut butter chocolate chip:

Here's my malt chocolate chip:

What I have since come to enjoy is instead of chocolate chips, swirl
some "Magic Shell" through the ice cream before ripening it in the
freezer.
