Default Soups & Dressed Fish vintage cook book 1890

Soups and Dressed Fish A la Mode By Mrs De Salis Hardback. 1890
Superb little antique cookery book. A real period item. Cookbooks from
the 1890s are increasingly hard to find, especially in such good
condition, and this one is a gem!

Here are some recipes :- Alma Mater Soup/Brunoise Soup/His
Excellency's Soup/Peasant Soup/Ravioli Soup a la Prince george/Jubilee
Soup/Eells A la Suffren/Red Mullet in cases/Sole a l'Aurore/Turbot a
la Sainte- Menehould/Sauce a la Trois Freres etc. (many more).

items this week.
