Bought a jar of mild flavour yesterday and used it at supper time. Yummy.

Herdez only from now on !

I hereby take back my bad review of Herdez salsa,
conditionally.

The one in the bottle WAS awful. The salsa
casera in the small can was quite tasty.

Like most truly good products, they sacrifice consistency
for all the other qualities that those who prize
consistency sacrifice. You probably got a batch with an
extra wad of one ingredient.
