Default Asian Essence...recipe?

Hi:

On the food newtwork website, Emeril's asian recipes call for Asian
seasoning, which I assume is his Asian Essence. However, he doesn't
give a recipe for asian essence, which he does for cajun and original
essence. ANyone know of a recipe for his or any other Asian spice rub?

Thanks

I don't have a recipe per se, but I do happen to have a bottle of it that
someone gave me, but, I'll admit that I'm not that crazy about it. The
ingredients list salt (of course), five spice, ground coriander, granulated
garlic and other spices. I imagine you could improvise something pretty
close to suit your recipe.

This isn't Emeril's, but it's a great Asian spice rub. Don't remember
where I first got it, but I've been making it for some time. I make gift
baskets at Christmastime of assorted spice mixes/rubs and this is one of
the ones that folks really seem to like.

Asian Spice Rub
1 Tbsp 5-spice powder
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp cayenne

Thanks!!!
