OK, I'll bite. All I understood of the above was the red wine - what's the
rest of it in English?

Jo (just about to open a nice chilled Gewurtztraminer, because I can't be
bothered to cook until tomorrow, but feel the need to mark the day somehow!
Spent the morning planting veggie seeds with a view to good eating later in
the year. It'll be good eating a bit sooner if those darn chickens dig up
any more of what I've planted!)

A fun dinner with plenty of calcium - and little else to make a
nutritionist happy g. Both a Golden Gaytime and Billabong are icecream
treats.

A Golden Gaytime is caramel/toffee flavoured icecream on a stick, coated
in chocolate biscuit (cookie) crumbs (IIRC - it's quite a while since I
had one). Billabong are a brand of paddle pops & it looks like she had a
chocolate one. Paddle pop is a brand name which has become a generic term
(like Kleenex for tissues etc.) for icecream on a stick.

heh.
http://freespace.virgin.net/daz.bert...od/gaytime.htm
( not a rude link, btw, despite the URL

and a Billabong is just a plain choc icecream on a stick.

Sooo, I had an icecream for dinner, with red wine, then an icecream for
dessert.
Very bad, but oh-so-good !
