And what Pray Tell is HEB?


It's our local grocery store.
They have some of the freshest produce, all the time,
that I remember ever being able to buy. :-)
That is where I first tasted raw Jicama. They were passing
out samples of it, and it reminded me of sugar beet,
only milder.

It was quite sweet and juicy.

The produce there is always excellent.

Ah ty. Lucky you. The local supermarkets don't typically have what I
would consider nice produce. We get the leafy greens at the Vietnamese
market and some of the other things at one of the Mexican markets.
If the snow ever goes away we could get the garden started up....
