Default Milnot

Milnot is a brand name for 3 different products:
Sweetened Condensed Milk
Non-Fat Evaporated Milk
"regular" Evaporated Milk

If the recipe only calls for "Milnot", it's missing some information.
I would base my decision on which product to use based on what the
recipe is for.
In other words, if it's a savory dish, like a meat gravy or macaroni
and cheese type of thing, use one of the evaporated milks. If it's
dessert, use sweetened condensed.
