Some "non-stick" pans will tend to stick as they get older, even though
the "non-stick" surface is intact. (QVC brand, etc.). In the short
term, try Pam type cooking spray to prevent sticking until you replace
the pan.

Pancake recipe

1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk (or 1 cup yogurt; or 1 cup milk and 1 tablespoon
vinegar)

Combine dry ingrediants, mix well. Combine wet ingrediants in separate
bowl and mix well. Mix all ingrediants and stir until moistened. Don't
over mix or pancakes will be tough. Makes about 1 dozen 4" pancakes.

Hot Cakes

2 Cups Flour
1 Tsp. Salt
½ Tsp. Baking Powder
1 ½ Tsp. Baking Soda
2 Cups Sour Milk (Buttermilk)
½ Cup Sour Cream
1 Egg beaten

It looks sour, but it is definitely not.
If you have pomegranate jelly it makes a great breakfast.
