Just got the Forman GGR50B Indoor/outdoor electric barbeque grill. Need a
cookbook to go along with this type of grill

1. It's ForEman, after the famous American boxer.

2. It's actually a griddle, not a grill.

3. Electric BBQ "grills" are OK for searing food, but you won't get the same
flavor as from a true grill with an open element.

4. If you've ever used a grill most of your recipes will work just fine,
albeit the end product will turn out mushier than with an open element grill.

5. If you've never used a grill, hie thee hence to the nearest book vendor and
pick up a basic book on grilling. If the "* for Dummies" folks have one buy
it. And that's not a reflection on you, the "* for Dummies" franchise is
really good at explaining basics.

6. Any recipe which requires a cast iron skillet and no (or minimal) oil can
be adapted to an electric griddle.
