Mmmm! I have a new low carb breakfast... it could be any meal for that
matter, but it will be breakfast/brunch for me. A layer of spinach
that has either been sautéd in EVOO + garlic or simply wilted on the
bottom, egg (either mollet or poached) and topped with home made
hollandaise sauce. So delicious!
