Default Stacked tostadas?

I was looking up this brand (Don Pancho) and ran across a picture of a
stacked tostada. I have never actually seen this before except for the ones
I made as a kid. I can't remember what I called them. I made the
tortillas from scratch and used a mashed kidney bean filling as that was the
only kind of beans we had in the house. I entered the recipe into a contest
and really thought I had invented something. Heh!

Just how common are these stacked types? In restaurants, I've only ever seen
one crisp tortilla with the toppings.

My husband would like those. Not a fan of mangos myself.

Can't wait to get to Winco. Haven't been there for a while. They have the
bet Mexican food selection in this area. One long aisle of shelf stable
stuff and lots of produce.
