Default Creamy treat

There was less than an inch left in the pint of heavy cream that I had
inadvertently left out overnight. It smelled fine, but instead of returning
it to the fridge, I added a probiotic capsule, and put it in front of the
space heater for several hours.

Then I mixed in a little vanilla extract and sweetener.

Creamy.
