Here's a link to it what I got via email. It came in .gif form.

This is, I guess, the "formal" dining room.

At least she's getting something tangible for her assessment. They
get the money one way or the other - at least they have to work for
it, however incompetent their effort is.

Yes, the darned levy.

I didn't find the prices that great for institutional fare, and I
question the quality of their effort.

There are a few too many squeeze bottle additions to many of those entrees.

And more complexity than need be suffered.

Drum is trash fish, regardless of its accoutrements.

But basic BBQ will always satisfy.

And why would they even need it there? Sounds like it is usually warm
there. Perfect conditions for growing lettuce. Unless perhaps it goes
beyond warm and is too hot. Because lettuce can bolt if it is too hot.

it looks pretty good to me. and the prices are not bad for such fare. I
cannot tell how well it is done, especially not from a consistent
malcontent's posts.

I'd go for bigjoesbbq, too.

It's pretty funny how they try to make everything sound so special.
No matter how it was grown, it's a salad made with Bibb lettuce. I'm
sure the candied hazelnuts make it worth the $8.

Please do make sure we know they're Hydroponic! Hmmm, my nephew
invented a special grow-light for hydroponic gardening. I'm pretty sure
he's not growing tomatoes.

Hahaha I bet!!! Last year I needed some supplies and instead of buying on
line I looked for them in Scotland. There were two places on the way to
Edinburgh we found and so we went to the nearest.

When we got there we saw a shop with all the shutters up but the door was
slightly open. We went in! It wasn't quite as we expected!!! It was dark
and dirty and had books on growing 'grass' on the counter. We asked about
the light bulbs and plugs we needed. He had the bulbs but not the veggie
plugs! He looked at us quite oddly, as though he couldn't quite believe
someone had gone to his shop who was actually interested in growing
tomatoes. A few other customers came in while we were there but seemed
curiously unwilling to talk to owner in our presence and were quite
insistent that we should finish our business first <G> We said we would
call back another time !!!!

We left and went to the next one)) What a difference A real shop
selling everything I needed) Heh It as quite an experience I can tell
you But I promise, I really AM growing tomatoes in mine)) Look on line
for an Aerogarden if you are interested Not big but I love mine)

LOL Ah yes, what I'd call a "head shop". They probably also sold
various smoking pipes and "cigarette" rolling papers.

You know I'm not likely to grow tomatoes (or anything else, tee hee!).
I'm glad you found a shop that catered to your hydroponic gardening
needs.

I haven't seen a shop like that in many a year, O. I remember a shop
when I was a teenager that sold such paraphernalia. That's what we
called it, a "head shop". As in, "pot-head". That was a long time ago.

Apparently! However, one day he might want to cater to the crown who
grows hydroponic tomatoes or lettuce rather than marijuana.

Cheaper than online? Or if not, at least a nice and interesting trip to

Oooooerrrrrr How very conversant you are with such places ...

I don't know if it was cheaper, I just wanted to actually look around and
see what they had It was on the outskirts of Edinburgh so we never
actually went it (we know it well though) but it is a nice run anyway

I don't know if that chef mangled the oysters but he sure took them
beyond recognition. Almost looks like the oysters were an
afterthought. That probably tastes good but I can't imagine how he
came up with that recipe/combo. Probably can barely taste any oyster
in that.

I wish Jill would try that one and report back.

On the other hand, I came home from work today with 8 very live
oysters, harvested from a local bay just this morning. My dinner plan
is to steam 3 of them open and eat. The other 5 I plan to shuck and
batter and deep fry along with deep frying the last of my tater tots.
yum
