With this being such a glorious time of year for produce, I made a
meatless meal: zucchini fritters with red-pepper sauce artichokes with sesame and lemon ruby chard with soft tofu and sunflower seeds poached eggs with oatmeal crisps, avocado, and soy-maple syrup meringue bowls with fresh strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and lemon-verbena sabayon Bob |
