He makes a "very" good living at it and still has a several year waiting list. I think when you enter this price range you are in the category of collector buying art. I can't imagine a chef buying a knife like this and leaving it in the restaurant kitchen. Janet US |

They look like ordinary scissors, but they're not. They cost ten times what you'd guess. |

With my luck, I'd throw it out with the potato skins. A friend did just that with a diamond ring she took off when in a hurry to make a potato salad one night. The garbage was picked up the next morning in her city, of course, after she missed the ring.

I know someone who pays a lot of money to have her clipper blades sharpened, but not in the $thousands. |
