OK, let's discuss why. The majority of folks don't really even have a

Neither did Congress when they voted for it. THAT is NOT how I want my
representatives to work. They sure weren't listening to anyone but
themselves when doing their wheelin' and dealin'. Transparency be
damned!

And you know this HOW?

Maybe when the all knowing smarter than everyone soon to be former

Click on his own link to see how he slightly changed the meaning. The
ACTUAL quote is, ³But we have to pass the bill so that you can find
out what is in it, away from the fog of the controversy." She was not
addressing fellow Congress members. EXACTLY what in the Patient
Protection and Affordable Care Act do you object to? I guess you're
sticking with your Fox News talking points and personally attacking
Pelosi rather than identifying real faults in this great piece of
legislation. Now I'm personally questioning your integrity. Liar.

You've got sharp eyes, Bryan. I looked at the cite and saw that it
wasn't identical to what George quoted, but didn't catch the change in
meaning. I really dislike it when people cite the URL and put quote
marks around what they are quoting, and then change the words. Why do
they do that? A cut and paste is so easy. It requires extra effort to
change somebody else's words that you have put in quotation marks. That
does seem dishonest.

I actually copied it and pasted it so I assume full responsibility for
whatever happened.

Good thing it was pointed out since it actually shows Pilosi more
correctly when adding the you since that is the usual behavior of a
"super intellectual" and one reason why she will soon be know as former
speaker Pilosi.

“But we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it,
away from the fog of the controversy..." "You" just really adds the
right touch. You can almost imagine that superior finger pointing at
those stupid people..

copied and pasted from where? certainly not from the cite you provided as
a reference.

I guess we can argue about what she really meant until the cows come
home, but I thought she was referring to the fact that the bill hadn't
been signed into law yet, so *nobody* really knew what was *going* to be
in it.
