Pumpkin Pie Spice
I only have ginger, cinnamon, clove, allspice and whole nutmegs. Can anyone
suggest what combo would be appropriate to make up a teaspoon and a half of "Pumpkin Pie Spice"? TIA, Judith |

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in air tight container. |

You could use 1/8 tsp of cloves instead of the 1/4 tsp pepper, but I really like the pepper. Best regards, Bob |
