Default Pumpkin Pie Spice

I only have ginger, cinnamon, clove, allspice and whole nutmegs. Can anyone
suggest what combo would be appropriate to make up a teaspoon and a half of
"Pumpkin Pie Spice"?
TIA,
Judith

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in

I would use a teasp of ginger, cinnamon, 1/2 teasp of cloves...lose the
allspice and several gratings of nutmeg.

1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp fresh-ground black pepper

You might want to use a *little* more nutmeg.
You could use 1/8 tsp of cloves instead of the 1/4 tsp pepper, but I
really like the pepper.

Best regards,
Bob
