My son is allergic to eggs and we're having a tough time coming up w/
a variety of breakfast foods he can eat. We're used to making pancakes and muffins, or pop-tarts and such, but, now he can't eat them due to the eggs. If you can help me think of some variety of foods for him (he's 4 y/o and a little picky), I'd really appreciate it! BTW, I don't serve pork either... Jennifer |

Jennifer You can serve anything for breakfast that you can for lunch or dinner... There are no rules for breakfast foods. :-) At least not at my house! See if he can eat duck eggs. Many people that are allergic to chicken eggs can eat duck eggs. Not always, but sometimes! And they are not really all that hard to get. HTH? Jennifer, check http://allergies.about.com/cs/eggs/a/aa062899.htm There are several options for substituting eggs in baking. (Great site, I think). HTH, Petra in Hamburg, Germany |
