Default Need more variety in breakfast foods w/o eggs

My son is allergic to eggs and we're having a tough time coming up w/
a variety of breakfast foods he can eat. We're used to making
pancakes and muffins, or pop-tarts and such, but, now he can't eat
them due to the eggs. If you can help me think of some variety of
foods for him (he's 4 y/o and a little picky), I'd really appreciate
it! BTW, I don't serve pork either...

Maybe try soups? I can't eat eggs (I love them dammit). I enjoy soups for
breakfast.

Jennifer, check http://allergies.about.com/cs/eggs/a/aa062899.htm

There are several options for substituting eggs in baking.
(Great site, I think).
