Default Supper last night: chicken stuff

Chris is home! Yeay!! All is right with my world!
Before he left AZ I asked what he wanted to eat when he was he Pot
roast? Pork chops? Chicken paprika? Sauerkraut and ribs? Weenies and
beans? He said it all sounded good, especially the kraut and ribs.
That'll be tomorrow night. I did the potroast and trimmings for Sunday
supper after he arrived. Last night was Chicken Paprika over Egg
Noodles. I thought the recipe was from Eva Kende; Bubba Vic doesn't
think so. Whosever. We like it. I almost followed the recipe. =8-0)
I accompanied it with overcooked broccoli, fresh cukes in vinegar
dressing, and a combination of homemade and
store-bought-but-nearly-homemade wide noodles. It was really good and
will look like lunch in a couple hours. Tomorrow night will be kraut
and ribs. He might have to get the weenies and beans at his sister's.
:-)
