Default Re : Any opinion or comments about French cuisine

Dear Group,

Several of us are interested in learning French cuisine. What are your
recommendations? We are thinking of learning it by a cookbook (any
recommendations?) or taking a local class (which is more expensive).
We
thought that if we follow a book it will be much more practical since
some of us are full time moms We mostly interested in learning
basic
French cuisine and pastries.

Any opinion/comments will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot in
advance!

Ayeesha Patel

In reply to your search about French cuisine, There is a lot of
ressources about French cuisine (books, DVD...) and most of them are
quite expensive !

You can try to learn some free advices and some recipes of French
cuisine at

http://www.learn-french-help.com/french-cuisine.html

Hope that will help you !

Regards
