Hi,
Just a few plank questions here. First, how smokey is it when planking in a regular kitchen oven? Is this a problem? Also, as I looked at planks sold over the Internet, there seemed a real silence about how long they last. However, one company said that their planks would allow you to cook 2 MAYBE 3 meals, whereas another company said that their planks would last 2 to 5 years. What's the deal here? I expect that the second company's planks have been treated. But with what? Thanks, Ed |
