Default Slow Cooked Shredded Beef Tacos

We make this one ALL the time! Its so good and inexpensive and really
lends itself to creativity. Try jalapenos instead of green chilies if
you are adventurous, and also try different taco sauces. We have made
tacos, burritos and (my favorite) homemade mexican pizzas with this
meat. Next I am going to try enchiladas!

If the Second Amendment is so out of date
then shouldn't we also throw out everything written
before it? What now... "Hail The Queen?"

It's easier to preserve what we already have than
fight to regain what we have lost.
