Fruitcake Leftovers
PORK CHOPS WITH FRUITCAKE STUFFING
Lightly sauté: 1/3 cup minced onion 1/3 cup minced green bell pepper 3 tablespoons butter Add to: 1 cup finely chopped fruitcake Stuff: 4 1-inch thick loin rib pork chops, seasoned w/ S&P, etc., with above mixture Brown chops & cook until done. -Mabry-
