Default Saturdays menu

Here's a menu that I sent out to some friends for a get together next=20
weekend. What do ya think?

Date: August 7

Time: 3:00 Bar opens with munchies
4:30ish Appetizers
5:30ish Salad
6:30ish Main course
???? Dessert/ap=E9ritifs

Munchies: Dried beef/dill dip and veggie tray
Meadow Brook Farms Salsa and chips (yeah, this is my one
lazy diversion ;-) )

Okie-dokie. Here's a list of choices for Saturday. Have 1 or have 'em=20
all, makes no difference to me. I just need to
know who want's what for planning purposes. If anyone can't find=20
something that they like below, hamburgers and/or
hotdogs are also options, just lemme know.

Appetizers: Olive oil and garlic marinated grilled shrimp
(cocktail or chipotl=E9 sauce)
1/2 or 1 dozen littleneck clams (cooked or raw)=20

Gaspachio (raw/chilled blended: tomato, cucumber,=20

onion, garlic, green/red peppers and jalapeno or
chipotle peppers)
Bruschetta (tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, oregano,
s&p roasted on bread. mozzarella and hot peppers
optional)
Lobster Bisque
New England Clam Chowder

Salad: Garden Salad
Cashew Salad

Main Course: Live Lobster (flown in fresh from Maine) with drawn
butter (1 1/4 - 1 1/2 pounds)
Grilled Filet Mignon
Grilled Shell Steak
Grilled Chicken Breast
Home made crab cakes (same sauces as with the shrimp=20

above, maybe one more... dunno yet ;-) )
Baby back ribs (dry rubbed and/or "wet" your choice)

Sides: Local Corn on the Cob
Baked potato
Saut=E9ed baby portabella mushrooms and onions

Dessert: Strawberries over vanilla ice cream

Refreshments: Frozen lime margaritas, beer, soda, wine, etc will be=20
on hand. like anyone didn't know that... ;-)
