Food safety question about cooked meat at room temp
I grilled some pork chops and salmon tonight but when I put them in a
tupperware contained I forgot to put it in the fridge. Just noticed it after about 3-4 hours out. I know the regular time for the danger zone is 2 hours but does having it covered in a sealed container help at all? Jesse |
