Default Shrimp Cassarole-cook shrimp first??

I am making a seafood cassarole this evening, and the recipes that I
have looked at say to cook shrimp first. SInce the cassarole says to
bake at 350 for 30 minutes, wouldn't the shrimp cook enough during
baking? It seems like they would be overcooked if I boiled them first.
Thanks.

They should cook with the casserole.
