Most of the ones I find include green beans; is that what you are looking
for? Here are a few examples from cooks.com:

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 can shoepeg corn
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 can French style beans, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1 stack Ritz crackers
Combine all ingredients except crackers and butter. Pour in greased
casserole dish. Crush crackers, melt butter and mix with crackers. Spread on
vegetable mixture and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

or

1 pkg. frozen shoepeg corn
1 can French style green beans
1 sm. onion
1/2 bell pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. grated cheese
Buttered cracker crumbs

Saute onions and green pepper until soft (saute in butter). Mix all other
ingredients together in casserole. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake 30 minutes
at 375 degrees.

or

1 can shoepeg corn
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 stick butter
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed

Mix all ingredients except butter and crackers. Pour into casserole dish.
Melt butter and mix with crushed crackers. Spread on top. Bake at 350
degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Makes a nice size casserole or 2 small
ones.
