Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. or 1 can shoepeg corn 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper 1/2 pt. sour cream 1 can French style green beans, drained 1 stick butter 1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed Mix all ingredients except butter and crackers. Pour into casserole dish. Melt butter and mix with crushed crackers. Spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Makes a nice size casserole or 2 small ones. Jill |
