Supposed to open today under new management. This is serious cause for concern! Raddy made the best efy I've ever had! She told me the secret of them, too. I can't wait to find out what happened to her. -- -Barb, www.jamlady.eboard.com An update on 7/4/04. |

Are you getting filled up on Chinese food before you go to Minneapolis, or
is the Chinese food better there than where you are coming from, poor soul? -- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---- Louis Cohen Living la vida loca at N37° 43' 7.9" W122° 8' 42.8" "Nexis" wrote in message news:gqoGc.13014$z81.6565@fed1read01... My guess is neither. :-) It's a nostalgia thing for her. Typical take-out chow mein here is a mushy mess of celery, onion, ground pork, and bean sprouts to be spooned atop skinny fried chinese chow mein noodles. Mushy is the operative term. You might have had to have grown up with it in order to appreciate it. :-) Nostalgia, not fine cooking. :-) -- -Barb, www.jamlady.eboard.com An update on 7/4/04. |
